We adhere to a 30 day refund policy after you receive the product.
For an item to be deemed returnable it must meet the following criteria:
For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns on undergarments. Also, we do not accept returns on items that we are no longer selling.
To initiate a return, please contact us through Email, or the Contact Us page on our website. We will require your order #. After we have verified the purchase, you may send the item back to us and we can get to work on your return. Please include your order # on the package so we can identify it once it arrives.
Once we have received the item, you will be contacted by Email. We will inspect the item for the criteria listed above and once we have deemed the item returnable, we will issue you your full refund.
Your refund will be issued in the form of the original purchase method. Please be patient as some banks take a week or so to credit the refund into your account.
If after a week you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank and they will be able to report to you if an issue has arisen. You may also contact us at any time if you require further information relating to your refund.
